The space
Hot tub is on front porch due to uneven grading of lawn in backyard- BUT there is a privacy screen and many guests still enjoy it! (more privacy than hotel hot tub ) pictures of hot tub space and privacy screen in the listing

The privacy screen is wand operated, so to get the screen to come down the wand needs to be attached to the circle at the TOP RIGHT corner of the screen and then you can crank the screen down.
The wand can be found on the piece of wood attached to the house and beside the hot tub.

-——————————————————————Trash pick up is on Thursday (sometimes Friday) morning at 7am. Please make sure brown trash bin is placed back on the curb if moved off so pick up is not missed. When placing make sure it is 5ft away from mailbox, street sign, and any vehicles so the truck can properly pick it up.
Please do not set A/C under 68 in summer months when weather is over 90degrees outside. This will cause the A/C to freeze up and stop working.

Allow a few seconds to pass when using light switch for light and fan in canopy bed room for the light/fan to turn on.
To turn on fireplace lights and heat. Press on the switch at the top right corner inside the rectangular opening. To change colors and heat see touch screen buttons at bottom right of fireplace.
