The open floor plan living area offers plenty of space for the whole family with a sofa, oversized chair, and accent seating, as well as a flatscreen TV for entertainment. Just off the living area, you’ll find a designated dining space with seating for four.
The updated kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to make a meal right from home.
The bright, open sunroom offers an additional living area with comfortable sofa seating, a TV, dining space with seating for eight, and access to a private deck through the back door. Perfect for larger families looking for close proximity to the beach!
527 Tarpon Pond comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed with high quality linens and an ensuite private bathroom with a glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers a Queen Bed, plenty of storage space, and shares a full hall bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom features two sets of Twin bunk beds, great for little ones!
On the upper level, you’ll find a fun loft with a Queen size bed, a banister overlooking the family room, and a full bathroom.
A full laundry area with a washer and dryer set is available for your convenience, so you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores! An LSV plug is also available for your convenience, located outside.
