Our new custom craftsman home (5 Star rated Grand Park Community) is comfortable, luxurious, and practical in it's 4 bed/4 bath layout. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and a large 4th bunk bedroom is upstairs. Let's not forget the radiant heat throughout the home and garage.
The ski shuttle, ' The Lift ', is free, but please check the online schedule and/or call for the current status, route details, timing, etc. The Emerald Line route supports the Grand Park Neighborhood with a stop at Old Victory Rd & Meadow Trail. It will take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort or you can park in the many parking lot options.

Check out the vaulted ceilings and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms in this two story upscale custom home! This is a very neat, clean, and well taken care of home in great condition. We setup 3 bedrooms (w/ queen beds) on the first floor and placed a over-sized 4 bedroom on the second floor as a bunkhouse (often used by younger family members). The bunkhouse bedroom has a private shower-tub-sink setup, queen sized bunk that sleeps four, a large L-shaped couch which let's people watch movies on the flat screen TV, play video games, or simply read and enjoy the peace and quiet. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), the second bedroom also has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and there is a third downstair bathroom (shower-tub, toilet, sink) in the hallway next to the third bedroom. The garage is heated with radiant heat just like the house. The kitchen (stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family sitting area are all downstairs with a fireplace and flat screen TV.
Please leave your dogs and pets at home.
It is a very cozy house in a perfect location for skiing, tubing, Fraser Foundry bowling and movies, grocery shopping, grabbing Starbucks across the street, hiking, snow shoeing, playing cards, hanging out and using the BAR BQ off the front covered patio.
