- We are a Non-smoking establishment. That means no smoking in the house, or anywhere on the property. Violation of this rule will result in eviction without refund and you will be assessed a minimum fine of $500.
- Quiet time is 9PM-7AM. Please bring all activities, loud conversations inside after 9P. Violation of this rule will result in eviction without refund and you will be assessed a minimum fine of $500.
- Please wash dirty dishes or run them through the washer before you check out. Never put any food or cooking grease down the sink or toilets. We provide septic safe toiletries, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies for our guests’ convenience.
- This is not a party house. Maximum number of adults at the property at any time is 14. Any special occasions which increase the number of occupants inside the house must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner's advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Violation will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit, eviction without refund, and the primary guest will be liable for all damages incurred.
- We have 2 cameras in the front door and back yard for your safety, we don’t monitor them but if neighbors complain about excessive noise and late activities, we will charge and use footage for proof. There is a noise monitor device inside the house, if a door slams, no problem, but if a party is too loud, it will call us, we will call you and apply charges. Thank you so much for your understanding and respecting our home. It will help us last longer in the neighborhood and be able to share our home with other nice guests like yourself.
- Pets are permitted with additional charges of $150/stay for up to 2 pets. Have to be potty trained. Any attempt by guests to bring unauthorized animals onto our property may result in eviction without a refund of outstanding nights' rent and you will be assessed a minimum $300 cleaning charge.
- When operating the electric fireplace, a capable adult must be in the room at all times until the fireplace is off and cool.
- To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
- No food/eating in the bedrooms. One dropped crumb may attract some uninvited guests.
- Your code to enter will be given prior to 4pm check-in. If you do arrive early please contact us. Do not interrupt the housekeepers; they need adequate time to clean and make ready the home for you.
- We expect our Check-out procedure to be followed as closely as possible, and that our home is treated with the same care you would use with your own residence. Housekeeping costs associated with disregard for our checkout procedures and excessive mess beyond what is reasonable will be deducted from your security deposit.
