Bedroom #5 is disability friendly and is furnished with a King bed and has a village-facing covered deck. The attached bathroom has a roll-in shower and accessible sink. The laundry area is also located on this level with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Top Level: The top floor features the well-appointed chef's kitchen, main living and dining areas offering ocean views, a half bathroom, a large bedroom with a massive ensuite bathroom, as well as expansive ocean-facing decks. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a large dining area that seats up to 14. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
