This 1st floor apartment has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Guest will have access to the entire apartment. This truly is a home away from home. Unique touches and special attention to details will instantly make this the best BNB you have ever stayed in. Over 1200 square feet - plenty of room for up to five guest. This apartment is used by many of our family member, while it is not in use we want to share it with guest who are traveling to St. Louis. Even though the apartment is on the first floor, there are about 5 stairs leading up to the front porch.
Parking is on neighborhood street. It is open parking and you can usually find a spot right in front of the building.
Guest do not have access to the basement. Please stay out of that area.
Guest can use the back yard. It does have a chain length fence and is shared with both units. You must go around the front to access it. Gates are available on both sides of the house.
No Pets Allowed. No exceptions, so do not ask!
We live right down the street so we can be available as much or as little as you choose.
NOISE: This is a multi-family building with two separate apartments. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. There is always a potential for noise but it should not be disrupting. Both units have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If there is ever a problem, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask that guest in both units please be respectful of the guest in the opposite unit.
St. Louis is great for Uber or Lyft. The apartment is easy to find and short rides to any St. Louis destination.
