THINGS TO KNOW
--This is a 5 beautiful bedroom home: kitchen, dining room, living room downstairs and family room upstairs, 4 full bathrooms plus extra 1/2 bathroom, 2 primary rooms, and 7 beds total. Two kings, one queen, one full, and three twin sized beds.
--3 parking spaces total: 2 in driveway, and 1 in garage (no street parking allowed per HOA)
--Close to shopping, restaurants, outlets, plus amusement parks and museums
--To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Tv in each bedroom with Roku set up
--No pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the home due to allergies and other concerns. Violation of no pet policy will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund of nights unused, and extra cleaning fees applied of $150 minimum.
--Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
--3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool/spa (they will be the same temperature. No separate spa temp). A fee of USD $35 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool/spa heat for your stay.
--Security Measures: Please note that for safety and security, we have a Ring camera installed at the front door entry and on the side of the house, both running continuously and positioned outside to monitor the entrances.
--Do Not Feed or Pet the Bears/wild animals: Avoid feeding or approaching bears, which are periodically spotted in the neighborhood. Bears are wild and potentially dangerous animals. Please securely enclose all trash in bins with tight-fitting lids, and never leave trash bags outside, as bears may go through them. Lock your vehicles to prevent any unwanted interactions. Additionally, refrain from placing food outside; if you need to dispose of it, ensure it's in the trash bins stored in the garage.
