The home has air conditioning - much needed for the warm and muggy PEI summers.
Perfect for groups, the main level features an open-concept kitchen/living space with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, comfortable seating and a farm sink. The main floor features a large bathroom with a double vanity and the master bedroom with a king bed and private deck. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, and a second bathroom. One bedroom features two double beds, and the other two bedrooms each have queen beds.

Popular attractions include the Stanhope Golf & Country Club, Dalvay by the Sea, Richard’s Seafood Restaurant and The Dunes Café & Studio Gallery – all located in very close proximity. Find easy access to beaches like Brackley and Ross’s Lane as well as the Charlottetown Airport, just a 15 minute drive. The cottage is located 30 minutes from the sights and entertainment of Cavendish.
