The sunlit living/dining room space open's to a modern kitchen outfitted with dishware and cookware as well as Dishwasher, Convection/Microwave, Oven, Gas Cook-top & many other accessories. Ideally integrating indoor and outdoor living, there are double doors with sliding screens, where you step outside to a beautiful patio area/garden area 40' deep. The patio includes lounging furniture as well as a dining table and chairs, umbrella and Weber Gas Grill.
Our home is located in the heart of Carroll Gardens on Sackett Street between Court and Smith Streets.

This apartment has been fully restored for all your modern conveniences while leaving the charm of the 1880 brownstone. There are 2 bedrooms (King & Queen beds) & 2 full bathrooms. The basement level has radiant heating to keep you warm in the winter. The 2nd floor heating is provided by european style radiators. There are AC split system units in each bedroom for the steamy summer days. Cable TV with premium channels, free Wi-Fi & an apple TV, Roku or Firestick is on each TV.
There is a Miele washer & dryer for your use. Iron and ironing board provided.
Living room has large couch and chairs as well as 46" TV w/Roku. Dining room has large family size table with wall bench and 4 chairs.
Basement Master Bedroom has King bed. Bathroom is full size with dual shower heads. There is also a 42" TV and Apple TV remote. Full size closet. There is also a mini-split AC unit in the bedroom.
Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, TV, Firestick & closet. There is a mini split in the bedroom. Bathroom is full size and has deep spa tub for soaking.
There is free parking on the street.

Smoking Policy – there is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you have cancelled we will refund you 100% less any fees incurred.
