Welcome to my beautiful spacious home in the beautiful paradise that is South Florida. My house is located just a few minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport and just a few minutes away from The world famous South Florida Beaches. Kick your feet back, relax, and enjoy all of the amazing food, weather, and destinations South Florida has to offer. And in case you're too lazy to make it to the beach, you can enjoy the pool* right in the backyard as you grill on the BBQ, or relax in our rec room! This is a spacious 3 bedroom home (1 bedroom is locked and off limits to guests) with an amazing outdoor Patio area, our unique "Turkish room," and a large pool to enjoy fun in the sun in South Florida. I will be away for the entirety of your trip so you have the whole house to yourself, however, I live just down the street and are always available when you need me! I give you complete privacy, however, I do live nearby so I am available to take care of any questions or concerns you might have. I am available every day between 8am and 9pm, and you can always reach out to me personally at my cell number. Check in is all done remotely, you will be provided with the door code and all details related to your stay around noon time on your day of arrival. My home is located just 2 miles from Hollywood Beach, one of the most famous, beautiful and relaxing beaches in the world. We are Our boardwalk is unique (we are the only beach nearby which allows only pedestrian traffic). The neighborhood is a safe, middle class neighborhood with lots of green space. You can walk, jog, and move around safely any time of day and night. Public transportation isnt great in South Florida so rental car or Uber is definitely the way to go. If you do plan to go the Public Transportation route, the bus stop is located just a couple of minutes walk from the home and youre just a 10 minute bus ride away from the beautiful South Florida Beaches. FLL Airport is only about 10 minutes away from us, MIA is about 30. Fort Lauderdale and Miami are 15 and 30 minutes from us respectively, an easy straightforward drive down 95. If you are staying with us for an extended period, and would like us to deep clean the home during your reservation, we can do so at an additional charge. You and your entire party are responsible for your own safety while at my place. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that might happen while you are staying at my home, especially around the pool area. By booking and entering my home, and anyone you bring along, you agree to this waiver of liability. 2. I do not allow parties or events to take place at my home. The maximum occupancy of the home is 6 persons at any given time. We do not allow business use of our property. You must notify me if you are bringing guests or other people not listed on the reservation. 3. We do not accept pets. Unfortunately, due to previous negative experiences, we have decided not to do so anymore. Sorry, no exceptions. 4. We do not allow smoking indoors, but you are welcome to smoke in the open Florida room or outdoors by the pool. 5. We can only accommodate ONE vehicle per reservation. There is no street parking or other parking, and there is only one, standard sized parking space for you to use, on the driveway.
