NOTES: This is a NO-SMOKING property! No smoking inside or outside the house! This is a lived-in home as well, I travel for work.
The upstairs floor plan has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen-size), and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals.
The downstairs is another living room area with plenty of space, a one-bedroom (queen-size), a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a washer/dryer.
This property can sleep up to 10 for sure:
• 2 in each of the bedrooms (6)
• 1 on the upstairs couch (maybe 2)
• 1 on the downstairs couch
• 2 on the air mattress
In the mornings enjoy coffee on the newly renovated deck to start your day. Or maybe you'd rather sit back and have a cold one instead.
I have quick access to the I70 turnpike, Memorial Stadium, Allen Field House, Rock Chalk Park, & Clinton State Park within Lawrence limits. Don’t forget you have Massachusetts (aka Mass Street) where you can check out the shops and restaurants in downtown Lawrence.
