Welcome to Bristol Beach House, one of the most beautiful properties in Bristol, RI. 6 Bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. Plenty of room for the entire family and then some!
With the game room, the home is nearly 7000 square feet!
The home was redecorated in late 2024 and features all new lighting, fresh paint, quality furniture, and cupboards full of top-shelf pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware and silverware.
New for June 2025, all outdoor railings were refinished, more games for the “gameroom toolbox” were added. We added a vanity desk and mirror in the upstairs ocean suite for brides to get ready. We added two full length mirrors, refinished the outside teak furniture, added a carpet runner throughout the main staircase and a second set of washer & dryers so guests can do their laundry in either the upstairs laundry room or in the lower guest suits private laundry room.
In Sept 2025, we had the entire exterior refinished and painted. The cedar shingles were power washed / bleached and the home looks like new again! We also added 15 new hydrangeas on the border of the property and all new outdoor LED bulbs.
The spacious kitchen opens up to a large family room and breakfast area. Sip your morning coffee while enjoying a backyard view of our private beach and lush coastal landscaping. The kitchen includes a large subzero fridge, drawer-style freezer, Bosh dishwasher, a "Professional Series" Thermador range, a second Thermador oven and a Thermador microwave.
With large HD LCD TVs throughout the home, you can enjoy movies in the living room and in five of the six bedrooms. There’s even a larger, 85-inch-screen TV in the super fun game room!
The game room includes a custom pool table, ping pong table, and a custom pit sofa area where guests can relax and enjoy a large toolbox full of fun games for the whole family.
The 1200 sq ft garage has plenty of room to store your water toys or vehicle. Feel free to use the compressor to fill up rafts and water toys, or to keep your bike tires aired up during your stay. The garage also has an epoxy coated floor that brings the colors of the home and the ocean all together. Please note that no bicycles are provided; however, we recommend "Bristol Bikes" at bristolribikes.com as they are just 1.3 miles away.
Three of the bathrooms have walk-in showers with body jets and an overhead waterfall-style showerhead. All of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
Other great amenities include heated floors in the downstairs suite's bathroom, jet-style bathtubs in two of the bathrooms, and a newly-installed water purification faucet in the kitchen.
The property resides on one of the most prestigious roads in Bristol, Ferry Road, which is only a few driveways down from Blithewold Mansion, a popular location for weddings and celebrations, or perhaps Linden Place, just 1.4 miles (4-5 minutes). Downtown Bristol, rich in history and charm, is a short, one-mile walk around the corner. While heading to town, stop and enjoy a lobster roll at the well-known Lobster Pot restaurant, which offers great seafood as well as a great view of our private beach from their outside dining deck area.
The backyard has an assortment of Adirondack chairs, outdoor furniture on all three decks, a large outdoor natural gas grill, a mobile fire pit, and so much more.
Three kayaks are available for guests (one 2-person and two 1-person) with a selection of oars and quality life vests. A release must be signed in order to use kayaks.
Also look forward to various games (in the garage) such as cornhole, ladder toss golf, and more.
In addition to all that our property offers, it’s only 12 miles from historic Newport where you can enjoy gilded mansion tours, sandy beaches, whale watching (in season), a car museum, incredible restaurants, spas, shopping, and more!
