Swannanoa is a 23,000 square foot fully marble Italian Villa built in 1912. We do allow complimentary exterior access to Swannanoa by request and scheduling for guests. Interior tours are available upon requests at an additional cost.

Kitchen: Fully renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample cabinet space. Keurig with coffee pods, creamer and sugar included.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, with a large dining table for 10 guests.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer available for guests to use.
Second Level:
Living Room: Spacious and light-filled with large windows showcasing mountain views. Two couches, smart TV, game table with board games available.

- There is space for a max of 4 vehicles. 2 parked up by the house and 2 down by the garage.
- The house does not have central HVAC but each bedroom has a window A/C unit.
- NO pets, violations subject to fines.
