On the inside, our lakefront cottage has the charm of old Europe, with its heated terracotta floors, wood burning stove, high ceilings (on the second floor) and soft fluffy couches. On the outside, it is the perfect Laurentian getaway: minutes away from St Sauveur ski resort, easy access to hiking and snowshoeing trails, a newly built dock, 2 kayaks for adults and 2 for children, 2 hammocks suspended in a grove of fragrant balsam firs, and sunshine all day long on its 2 south-facing porches.

NOTE: there is a parking spot for 2 cars at road level, but you must walk down 30 (well-spaced) steps to get to the front door.
Other things to note
Although this is a lakefront property, you have to walk down the hill (approximately 70 steps) to get to the dock. Best not to forget your drinks in the house!
