The main floor features a bright open-concept living room and kitchen. The comfortable furnishings, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV make for a great place to kick back and relax. The well-designed kitchen features granite countertops, an island with bar stools and everything you’ll need to cook up a feast. The spacious sun room / dining area is located just off the living room and from here you can enjoy the ocean views from wall-to-wall windows. For convenience, you will also find a powder room and a laundry room on this level.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor, with a comfortable queen sized bed. This bedroom features a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a large walk-in closet.
Upstairs, are two additional bedrooms – one with a king sized bed and the other with two twin beds. Both of these spacious bedrooms have large windows looking out to sea. The rooms share a four piece bathroom, with a tub/shower combination.
