Large side yard is great for playing corn hole, croquet, putting green and soccer nets and ball, all provided in garage. Many indoor games for fun evenings at large dining room table. Gas grill and firepit. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach umbrella. Weekly rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but will consider 5 days or long weekends with approval. Dogs only welcomed, please inquire on size and details. Pet fee is for 1 dog. Close to everything South Haven and surrounding towns have to offer! No stairs, great for seniors and kids! House is literally 2 mins to downtown and 5 min bike ride to beach.
