Storage space: Please note that storage space is limited in the unit. Skis, bikes, and any other winter equipment must be kept in the ski cage otherwise we get fines. Overall we have a small amount of closet storage space inside the unit, this is Whistler resort living - there is half a closet in each of the two bedrooms plus two full-size dressers. If you plan to bring a lot of clothes that need to be hung, please be aware that the storage space for that is limited.
At this Whistler home, there are many extras and fine touches that you won't find in most rental properties. We have our property cleaned by a professional cleaning company that uses only non-toxic cleaning products. If the cleaning fee goes above the $235 guests will be responsible for paying the extra.
DECK: Though we do have a deck, it is not a deck where you can lounge at the moment, so please keep this in mind if being outdoors is important to you.
FAQS:
- Max vehicle height? 6 feet 10 inches.

- Is there secured parking? - Yes, it is an underground secure parking area. Guest parking is first come first serve.
- Is there street parking? - only during certain times of the year and usually very limited during the winter. Write the unit #, your name & phone # on a piece of paper and leave on your dash.
- Is there secure parking for bikes? Yes - it is in the secured underground parking. There is a bike cage that is locked and there are bike racks inside which you can lock your bike to. So there are three layers of lock options for bikes.

Other things to note
Please note that quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am, so this means no loud music or conversations on the balcony. Our location is away from the hustle and bustle of the village so it is a nice respite from all of the action. You most likely will not need a car while here. Often the best deal is to get up here by renting a car one way (Avis) and then doing the same on the return as the rental car will most likely sit while you are here. There is a free shuttle outside the unit that brings you to the mountains and to the village within 5 minutes. You can also ski/in, and ski out if there is a lot of snow. Spring skiing can be fantastic too. Temps in the mid to high 20's C or 70's F. Also, for stays of 14 nights or more, we require that guests have a mid-stay or bi-weekly clean that is at their own cost. We will arrange with the cleaners and will make a special amendment to the booking. The average cost is $150. Dogs are welcome but need to be approved first. There is a $200 pet cleaning fee as the unit will need to be deep cleaned after the stay.
Whistler is a special place, we hope you will enjoy it. Our condo is considered ski-in, ski-out but here are a few things that we think you should know before you book with us. PLEASE READ them all before confirming your booking.
Ski-in and ski-out only apply when we have plenty of snow. We have had guests arrive at the end of April and complain that they couldn't ski in and ski out. We obviously can't control the seasons, sometimes we have great snow years that go strong til the end of April, and others not so great. When there isn't snow on the base of the mountains, there won't be snow at our place either. Ski-in and ski-out in April are pushing it at any time.
Carpeting - We made the mistake of getting cream color carpets installed. Facepalm! Although we get them professionally cleaned at the start of each season and ask guests to not wear their shoes in the unit, the carpets still get dirty. If you arrive midway through the season, they may not be gleaming white, if this is something that will bother you, then it is best not to book with us.
Storage space is a premium in Whistler generally and our condo is no exception. If you pack like Beyonce with a ton of wardrobe changes that need to be hung in a closet and pressed for each outing, our condo may not suit you. The two major bedrooms have a dresser each with 6 drawers and the den room has a small side table for storage of items and space to put luggage under the desk but there isn't a lot of space otherwise. You will have the use of half a small closet in two bedrooms but no closet in the den. Please consider if this will work for you before booking.
If you are amenable to the above, when you request to book, please quote this phrase to us: "I LOVE PINALL" to let us know that you have read the above.
