Our beloved California Ranch Style home is only a block from a delicious panaderia, grocery store & Taco Tuesday, and only a few minutes to charming Downtown shops, trendy restaurants, and town-favorites like Bootleggers Brewery. Nearby is the Muckenthaler Cultural Center, Cal State Fullerton, Laguna Lake Park, and only 10 minutes or so to KNOTTS BERRY FARM, SOAK CITY, DISNEYLAND, CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE. Another few miles drive to Shopping malls, Anaheim Convention Center, and Angels Stadium. The home is about 30 minutes to Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Balboa Island and 45 minutes or so to Los Angeles. There may be too little time in a week to enjoy the property and the local treasures.
The layout of the property is likely one of the most vast in the area as the Cozy Casita is about 30 feet from the Veranda Kitchen and Master Suite and a few steps from the HOT TUB, making it a wonderful “pool house” or lounge area.
Both the Cozy Casita and Master Suite is well-insulated year-round. Both rooms have well-lit outdoor views through the French doors and full-wall sliding glass doors that lead to the Veranda. The Master Suite has Soft White Linens and extra blankets, a thick memory foam hybrid Queen Bed, and an additional Twin Daybed for sleeping up to 3 guests. The Master Suite has a full-size, built-in closet, nightstands with USB table lamps, large solid wood dresser, 36” ROKU TV, EXCELLENT SPEEDS & FREE 5G Fiber Wireless Internet, and wood-burning fireplace with hearth seating.

The patio-covered OUTDOOR KITCHEN is steps from the Master Studio providing a refreshing area to entertain and cook. The kitchen has a full-size Fridge/Freezer, 2-burner Electric Stove, 5-burner propane BBQ, 36” propane Griddle, Microwave, Keurig, Blender, Large Stainless Sink with Sink Sprayer, partial quartz countertop for cooking and ample cabinets stocked with pots/pans, utensils and wares. The indoors are perfect for a small group or family of 3-4 people while the expansive outdoor patios and kitchen easily entertains up to 10 people. Please make sure that all Guests/Visitors are Approved by Host Prior to Stay.
