Located in desirable and historic Holmes-Foster neighborhood, we are extremely walkable to downtown restaurants & bars, and PSU campus! The walk to stadium on game days is approx. 2 miles via campus or downtown. Lovely, clean & cozy with 3 season porch, deck, gas grill, and patio. Private parking for 3 cars. Renovated kitchen and full bathroom, new composite decking, new patio area, and new upstairs hardwood flooring and updated paint throughout. 2 queen, 1 full bed. Fantastic for PSU football game weekends!
