Large secluded oceanfront home within a minute of Tidal Falls with recently renovated outdoor entertaining space. Watch the lobsterman and wildlife from pretty much any place in the home, the huge deck, or the relaxing hot tub. This home can comfortably sleep 12 people.
This home is just a short drive from Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Ellsworth, and many other Down East attractions along the coast.

This home has 3,400 square feet of living space, with a large main room which includes a 50'' 4k TV, wood stove, and open kitchen with granite countertops. Downstairs, the giant basement includes 11' tall ceilings, a 75'' 4k TV, multiple couches, and a ping-pong table / pool table.
Outdoors there is a huge deck the wraps around the entire property, with large outdoor seating area, a propane grill, and lobster pot with propane cooktop.
Downstairs, we recently did significant landscaping work with an 1800 square foot blue stone patio, custom fire pit, and eight Adirondack chairs. There is a beautiful overlook spot with a hammock and a granite step walkway to the water where you can collect Mussels for dinner. The home also includes a massive hot tub and multiple kayaks. The owners live nearby and will take guests on the water in his 21' center console boat to experience the nearby tidal falls, experience pulling lobster traps, and if we're lucky, we can see the seals playing in the rapids (depending on the owner availability).
POLICIES and OTHER INFO--
- Like most Maine homes, this property is on a septic system and well water. This means large groups may need to manage their water use at times to prevent issues with the septic system.
The water at this property is salty out of the tap. However, an RO system in the kitchen ensures perfect drinking water and ice.
