Cottage is 2 acres with lots of space for kids to play. Property has a private boat launch, dock with ladder. Additionally there is a private sitting area overlooking the lake. Perfect for your morning coffee.

Summary: We had a wonderful time for a week on this property. Chris is very responsive to any questions. Swimming in the lake was comparable to Muskoka, except less boat traffic which is great - the lake is quiet and very family friendly. There are so many fun water toys, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board and also many board games inside. There’s BBQ available, as there was a fire ban we didn’t use the fire pit. The amount of bedrooms was perfect for our family of 6 including a toddler. There were plenty of plates and cutlery, great washer and dryer and dish washer. Also filtered water dispenser. The cottage is about an hour from any big towns (ie Napanee or Kingston) so it is a bit far for restaurants or excursions. The rooms did not have sheets on the mattress or pillow so keep that in mind. Also the cottage could use a deep clean and open windows as it felt just a bit musty and dusty indoors.
