This is a mid-century modern, 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a two-car garage and storage shed for all your gear. Hot tub and sunroom. Sitting pretty on .75 acres, and 15-20 minutes from every ski resort in SLC.
Full of character, this home was designed by one of the most renowned MCM architects in the west.
The Space:
This is an original 1959 MCM home so there are a few quirks!
There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths - plus a dining room, kitchen, living room and office. The living room is equipped with a projector & screen equipped with Fire Stick so you can log into your favorite apps.
The Sun room has a beautiful view of the mountains, a sitting area, and a hot tub
You’ll have access to a washer and dryer and garage
Guest Access:
Key will be in a lockbox on the front gate. Will provide code the morning if your check-in
The garage door code will be provided
Please return key to lockbox when you leave.
The Neighborhood:
Beautiful views of Mt. Olympus and just over a mile to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon!
Holladay has great shopping and restaurants.
