Our home is a multiple-story single family house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
This bedroom is on the top floor. Other bedrooms are downstairs so you have the entire floor to you for complete privacy.
We have 2 small dogs who are very friendly and might try to sit on your lap, but can also be told to give you some space if you prefer.

We have large front and backyards with patio furniture, and encourage you to share it with us.
In our kitchen, we have all the amenities for your morning brew, but we do ask that you keep to light meals (microwaving, heating up, boiling, etc); no full cooking please. We will set aside space in our fridge for any leftovers or groceries!
For guests staying 4 nights or longer, you are welcome to use our washer and dryer for one load per week (we’ve got detergent covered!)
We love to sit and chat with our guests, but are also happy to give you your space if you prefer. Our schedules can vary, but we typically have our down time at home in the mornings and evenings.
Please note that we have a shoes-off policy throughout the house.
Absolutely no smoking, drugs, alcohol, parties, or overnight guests are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily.
For everyone`s safety and security, surveillance cameras are installed at the front and back of the house.
Unless they are included when the reservation is made, no overnight guest is permitted.
