This custom-built, modern architectural mansion is the perfect home away for those who appreciate great architecture, romance, art, and history. Located near the historic Venice Canals, steps from the beach and Abbott Kinney, this unique and convenient property offers stunning 360-degree views and a rooftop hot tub overlooking the canals.
The main living area on the third level is designed to provide the best views of the neighborhood, canals, and mountains. The spacious and light loft-style living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy gas fireplace, and contemporary California paintings. The fully equipped kitchen, under amazing skylights and soaring ceilings, includes two sinks, a dishwasher, a microwave, a four-fire burner cooktop, and a large built-in refrigerator & freezer.
On the fabulous roof deck, you can relax and entertain with incredible views. It is equipped with a barbecue grill, lounge furniture, an umbrella, a private sun deck, and a Jacuzzi by Sundance Spa. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunbathe on the private deck, and unwind in the Jacuzzi while taking in the spectacular sunsets and 360-degree views of Los Angeles.
The three grand bedrooms, each beautifully decorated with luxurious bedding, are located one level below the living room. The master bedroom boasts a California king-sized bed, a 52-inch HD Flat Screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a double-size shower with massaging shower heads. Two other guest bedrooms, uniquely decorated, offer soft queen beds and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
High-speed internet is included, and an optional queen-size air mattress can be set up in the living room for additional guests. The property is enclosed with an 8-foot fence for maximum safety, and a garage parking spot is provided (please note size restrictions).
With central AC and heating, as well as a cozy fireplace, this home ensures your comfort regardless of the season.
A garage parking spot that fits one car is included. If you have a big SUV/Truck, it might not fit though ( think Lincoln Navigator i.e height is more a problem than length).
