Enjoy everything Denver has to offer with an adorable, freshly furnished 2-bedroom private guest suite as your home base. Located just 10 minutes from downtown in the Welby neighborhood of Denver.
Sit down and stay awhile - our guest space includes two bedrooms with plush queen beds perfect for morning snoozes. Our kitchenette is stocked with the essentials, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware! If staying in is more your style, our fully stocked custom bar and 50” TV is the perfect hangout hub! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our cozy guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
After years of traveling ourselves, we’d like to think our space is somewhere all visitors can relax and enjoy their time in this great city!

You have your own private entrance with convenient self-check-in! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.
The entrance is thru a fenced in backyard which is a shared space. We will often times have our dog Dakota playing back there. She is as friendly as can be, so feel free to say hello. She will be excited to greet you everyone you arrive.
Parking Instructions: The right side of the driveway has two parking spots for you.

We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
