The space :
The house is ready to welcome your group, from small to large:
✧ 3 closed bedrooms and 1 open bedroom with 4 queen beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. In one of the bedrooms there is a work desk with a work chair.
✧ The open concept kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook. You will find dishes, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, tools etc. In addition, some essentials will be provided such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc. Adjacent is a dining table with 6 chairs and folding chairs. Adjacent, we find the patio door leading to the terrace, where you will enjoy the furniture for BBQ and eating outside.
✧ The living room offers two large sofas, a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV, to watch movies with the family!
✧ The accommodation includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and a larger one with a freestanding bath and a shower.
✧ Outside, you will have access to Lac Amico which is a few minutes walk away. You will have access to 2 paddle boards.
Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.
Guest access :
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
Other things to note :
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*WIFI*
The WIFI network is sometimes unstable.Home office is not recommended.
*SOUND DEVICE*
It is totally forbidden to organize a party at the chalet, or to show disrespect towards the neighbors. A sound system is in place to warn us if the noise level reaches a certain limit. This allows us to maintain a good relationship with the neighborhood.
*TV*
We have 2 smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the television.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace at your disposal. We will not be providing firewood and I suggest that you bring kindling and paper to aid in starting. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
