Enjoy the views of Pleasant River Lake from this modern 3 bedroom house. Every morning wake up to amazing sunrise's out of the east. The house is an open design with v-match pine cathedral ceilings. There are 2 down stair bedrooms and a master bedroom in the loft. There is a field stone chimney in the living room to help take the chill off in the winter. You can hunt, fish, swim and boat or just do nothing at all. This house is 1.5 miles off of route 9, it is centrally located to Ellsworth, Bangor, Machias and Calais which are all less then an hour away. The property shares another rental that is next door. The beach area is shared by both properties but is large enough to keep to yourself. There is a barn on the back of the property that has some live stock.
