This lovely unit features a private pool with a spacious lounging area as well as sunny and covered decks. Other outside amenities include a hot tub, an enclosed outside shower, and a handy grill area. On the ground level, you will find a rec room complete with a pool table, wet bar, and TV. The top floor is a large, open great room with lots of windows and vaulted ceilings, which give a very open and airy feel. The large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area join the comfortable living space to make a fantastic family gathering spot.
