Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful. The interior is really modern and interesting to look at. If you don’t book your stay through the jag website directly breakfast is not included with your stay. I booked through hotels.com app and when I went to go get breakfast in the adjoining building, I was told I should have gotten a voucher. This was around 10:10am. In order to get over there you have to go up an elevator, across a pedway, and down another elevator. So I went back up the elevator and across the pedway and back to the lobby and asked and was told no, it’s not included, so I went back up the elevator, across the pedway, back down another elevator and told the girl I would pay for breakfast but asked if it would even be possible time wise, because by this time it was getting closer to 11am checkout. She said no, they were pretty busy, so that would mean going back up the elevator, across the pedway, back up the elevator to my room, getting all my stuff, bringing that down to get checked out, walking a fair distance to my car because I couldn’t find any close parking, and then walking back, coming back in, going up the elevator, across the pedway, back down the elevator and trying to get a seat at breakfast. It was really frustrating to say the least. I went home instead. The front desk guy seemed annoyed that I didn’t understand how they charge my card for the stay. I enjoyed the atmosphere in there but I probably won’t stay again
