This newly renovated two bedroom, one bath cottage is right out of a magazine and just a stone's throw from Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove, one of New England's most beautiful beaches and overlooking Block Island Sound. The home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay down to the Lobster Pot and crackers. A nice outdoor patio and fire pit is a perfect place to wind down and relax after a day at the beach.
Not only can you walk to the beach but this property is within a short walk of the famous fishing port of Galilee where there are a number of quintessential Rhode Island seafood restaurants, fish markets and more. Also located in Galilee is the Block Island Ferry where you can hitch a ride to the gorgeous Island and explore all that it has to offer. There are a number of other beach options in the area including Scarborough State Beach & Narragansett Town Beach, both just a short drive as well as enjoying the Narragansett Pier where there are a number of restaurants, shops and the Historic Narragansett Towers.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
