Whether you're in town for a work contract or to explore the incredible wonders of the Bay of Fundy, my home is your comfortable, convenient, and peaceful basecamp for your Maritime adventure.

My home is a bright and welcoming main-floor unit in a quiet residential neighborhood, thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable one-to-two-week stay or longer.

The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light from a large front window. Unwind on the comfy couch after a day of exploring and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The modern dining table is perfect for sharing a meal or spreading out a map to plan your next excursion.

★ An ergonomic chair, standing desk (sit or stand) and an external monitor are provided for your all-day comfort and efficiency.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare real, home-cooked meals, including a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, counter-top dishwasher and all the essential cookware and dishes. You'll also find an in-unit washer and dryer, a must-have for longer stays and for refreshing your gear after a hike.

The serene bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with fresh, clean linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Tucked away in the main living area, you'll find a workout bench with a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. It's perfect for getting in a quick workout to start your day or de-stress in the evening.

The Neighborhood

You are just a 5-minute drive from major shopping centers, including McAllister Place mall, Costco, Walmart, and Sobeys. It's incredibly easy to stock up on groceries and any essentials you need for your week, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your stay.

Saint John is a city nestled in nature. You're a short drive from:

Irving Nature Park (20 mins): A stunning 600-acre park on the coast with beautiful trails, beaches, and boardwalks. Perfect for a walk at low tide.

Rockwood Park (10 mins): One of Canada's largest urban parks, offering dozens of trails for hiking, lakes for kayaking, and beautiful scenery year-round.

Historic "Uptown" Saint John is easily accessible (15 min drive). Here you can: Explore the Saint John City Market, the oldest continuing farmer's market in North America. Grab a coffee and soak in the atmosphere.

Discover the local craft beer scene at places like Big Tide Brewing or the Moosehead Taproom.

Witness the incredible natural phenomenon of the Reversing Falls Rapids (15 mins).

Take a scenic day trip along the Fundy Trail Parkway (approx. 1-1.5 hour drive), with its breathtaking coastal lookouts, suspension footbridge, and waterfalls.
Guest access
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire main unit of the house with your own entrance. This includes the bedroom, office/entrance, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is a separate unit upstairs. Parking is conveniently available on the side of the house.

A few important details to ensure you have a wonderful stay:

Please make yourself at home and enjoy the space, but also remember that this is my primary residence, filled with personal items I cherish. I trust you'll treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home. This is a quiet neighborhood, so parties or loud events are strictly prohibited.

The bedroom has one standard bed, ideal for two adults. The living room couch converts into a smaller mattress that is best suited for children. Please keep this in mind when booking.

As this is my home, you'll find it well-stocked with the basics to get you started for your first few days (coffee, tea, spices, a roll of paper towel, soap, etc.). For a longer stay, the nearby grocery stores are perfect for stocking up on all your personal favorites.
