This is one of the closest to the City center southwest neighborhoods, called Lasalle. This fully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a three (2 1/2) storey's house. There is heating/air-conditioning everywhere in the unit.The first floor is about 100 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms:living room with an office space, a flat-screen TV and a 5 seats sofa. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a queen bed, a dresser, a closet, night tables and lights.Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven/stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a tea maker, a grill and a dining area, there is a wall flat screen TV in the kitchen.as well as anadjoining bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Bathe products are available.We also offer 2 other bedrooms with a double bed into the first one and another queen bed into the second one.Bedding and towels are available.
There is a French glass door in the kitchen that leads to the backyard balcony. Guests have acces to the backyard through a short and safe ladder. The backyard is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.There are free of charge parking spots on the large street in front of the house and the surrouning areas.
