Our condo is in a historic school house from 1937 and close to everything that the Soda City has to offer. You will be just steps away from the beautiful boutiques and restaurants that Devine Street has to offer. The legendary Five Points that is loaded with more boutiques, bars, and restaurants is less than 1 mile away. The UofSC and State Capital building is located less than 2 miles from the condo. Fort Jackson army base is an easy drive that is less than 5 miles away.
The space:
This cozy one bedroom and one bath condo has everything you need for any length stay in Columbia. As you open the door you are greeted with a full galley kitchen that is open to a small dining area and large living room that is perfect for watching some Gamecock football. Off the living room is a good sized bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and dedicated desk/workstation. Off the bedroom is a spacious walk-in closet that leads to a simple but functional bathroom. The washer and dryer is located in a closet near the kitchen.
