4 Bedroom Villa in Vista, San Marcos
This custom Tuscan-style home sits on an elevated 6-acre lot offering stunning panoramic views. The house has large wood beams inside and out. It has an infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a game room with various board games. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need; just bring your clothes and your food.
The pool area is private and for your use only; no one else has access to it.
Note: The swimming pool in this house does not have a child-proof barrier around it and therefore can be very dangerous to toddlers, small children, or anyone that can't swim. If you book this house, you assume full responsibility for yourself and your group in regard to this particular hazard. It is very important that you communicate this to everyone in your group so everyone is aware of this, and that all adults take on the responsibility of being vigilant and protecting those most vulnerable.

CAPACITY:
* 10 guests maximum. If you need additional room for more guests, please inquire about our other rentals.
* Additional daytime guests will need to be approved on a case-by-case basis, please inquire.
* Absolutely NO animals are allowed in this home ($500 fine).

THINGS TO NOTE:
* Check-in is after 4 pm.

* There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
* $80 -per hour for early check-in or late check-out (when possible).
* $20/hr usage - Jacuzzi/Pool heat.
DEPOSIT:
A $500-$1000 deposit will be assessed with your reservation.
This deposit CAN be used at our discretion for the following:
- Moved furniture that does not get put back in its original place.
- Extra cleaning effort needed beyond the normal.
- Leaving dirty dishes or putting dirty dishes back in the cabinets (cleaners check for this).
- Missing or damaged items.
- Fines for breaking our House Rules.
HOUSE RULES -strictly enforced, we monitor for this:
* Parties or events are NOT allowed.
* No pets allowed.
* Screaming, yelling, or loud music is NOT allowed.
* Any noise (audible from outside) is NOT allowed past 9 pm.
* Wood fires or fireworks are NOT allowed.
* Smoking in or near the house is NOT allowed.
* Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
* Speeding through the neighborhood is NOT allowed.
* All guests must be accounted for in the reservation regardless of age.

NOTE -Violations of these rules may result in fines, additional charges, and/or being asked to vacate the home at any time without a refund.

* Glass in or near the pool or jacuzzi is NOT allowed.
* Do not flush ANYTHING OTHER THAN toilet paper; this house is on a delicate septic system.

* In the event the property experiences a failure of a system, including but not limited to TV, TV service, Internet/WiFi, HVAC (heat/AC), water, sewer, electrical, propane, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, or other structural systems, furnishings or amenities, owners will make every reasonable effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. The property owners and/or managers shall not be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given for such failures.

Quiet and peaceful, beautiful, and conveniently located near almost anything you may want or need.
On Mondays is when our pool cleaning guy comes over, usually in the late morning.
On Tuesdays is when our maintenance guy comes over to take the trash cans out to the street, so make sure you take all your trash out to the bins before 11am today. Trash trucks come by for pick up on Wednesday mornings. Our maintenance guy will come back on Wednesday afternoon to put the cans back.
On Wednesdays is when our landscaping guy comes over to do some general maintenance and clean up.
