Positive: Super confortable bed! Nice view, great bath and good location. Quiet neighborhood. We had the house to ourselves, it was amazing.

Negative: We had trouble with hot water, wasn't stable, and our fridge didn't seem to work, so we used the main fridge in the kitchen.
