Games Studio Suite + shared Pool & Hot Tub | Apartment in Surrey

The Games Studio Suite is hidden in the heart of Elgin Creek on the lower level of our home and has access to the private side yard. The suite is on the opposite side of the home from any bedrooms so there isn’t much worry for hearing too much noise.

However, please remember that this is our home and not a penthouse at the Hilton, so set expectations accordingly! (The Lower The Better!)

Also, I know this is one of the cheapest short term rentals with a pool & hot tub, So lets keep our expectations in check here!

Did you know the Westin in Coal Harbour doesn’t heat their outdoor pool? (That place is $400+ a night!)

The Suite comes with sheets and towels as well as all the dishes, cook ware, and cutlery you need for meals at home! However, The kitchen is a kitchenette so there is only a two burner hot plate and no oven. It does have a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The Suite has its own entrance and a full bathroom with shower.

The shower is also a steam room! This is private for you to use without having to share! Please remember steam is hot and can burn you... So don't be dumb...Steam is hot, If it wasn't it would be water...

Please note that the patio outside the suite's door is NOT a private patio. There are a lot of seating areas around the property so we have faith that you will find a space to sit! The pool / hot tub and other outside amenities are also shared with the rest of the property!

Our neighbours are not fantastic. We live among some outrageous homes with busy body neighbours! They even complain about my special needs kids that I foster! So let’s just keep things on the down low so I can avoid getting in even more trouble!

LGBTQ+ This is a safe space for EVERYONE

Smoking - No smoking inside please. There are ash trays all around the property and smoking is ok outside. Smoking the dope ( 420 ) is also ok outside!

WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS - Registered Guests ONLY

The pool is closed / not heated Oct - April

There is parking for ONE car. There is NO street parking close by. So we ask that you plan to bring only one car, or have a plan to walk a bit to get to the second.

OUR DOG - We Have a friendly Lab / Alaskan Malamute that roams the property - Sorry, we will NOT be taking requests to have him put away for the duration of your stay. If you have concerns about us having a pet please reach out.

Number of Guests - This suite is set up and ideal for only 2 guests. we WILL NOT accept requests to host more then 2 in one unit. We will NOT allow you to invite other people over to our house! It takes away from the experience and makes me very grumpy. Please registered guests on the property only.

- No, sorry you cannot have your sisters’ kids over for the day to use the pool. Registered guests only. Registered guests only. Registered guests only.

- Kids are welcome however this property is large and there are many places an unsupervised child can find trouble. We ask that children are never unsupervised. Please no glitter... Now imagine why I need to write this here...

- Pets are allowed with pet fee. The yard is fully fenced for some off-leash time. Keep in mind that we also have a dog so we ask that you make sure your pet is agreeable before going unleashed. We also cannot guarantee an unsupervised pet wont escape.

NO PETS LEFT ALONE IN THE SUITE!

- Quite Time is 11pm (all amenities are closed at 11pm as well)
