Relax & enjoy our home on beautiful Duck Lake! The property includes 100’ of private lake frontage. Duck Lake is an all sports lake with excellent fishing, max depth of 98’, a sand bar and plenty of room for boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. Recently updated, our southern facing home has a bright and open living space, including a cheery sunroom overlooking the lake, a deck to enjoy family meals, a large open yard with space for games and family fun. Paddle boards and kayaks are waiting for you to enjoy! There is a fire pit located near the lake. We are a short walk to the community basketball/shuffleboard/tennis courts. The large kitchen offers dishware, silverware, pots & pans, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig & drip coffee pot. There is a washer & dryer available for your use. The home is equipped with WiFi, Netflix, board games and 75’ smart TV. We even offer yoga mats and an open floor plan perfect to start your morning with a relaxing yoga session overlooking the lake.
There is a 25’ Crest pontoon available to rent for an additional $2,000/week.
Duck Lake Peninsula is a private community that offers 480’ of shared frontage on Duck Lake, spread out over 4 parks, and a community park with basketball, tennis and shuffleboard.
We are located 15 minutes from Interlochen Center for the Arts, 25 minutes to downtown Traverse City, 35 minutes from Flintfields Horse park, 40 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and 25 minutes to both Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas to enjoy wine tasting and breathtaking views. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops all within a short drive from the lake house.
