This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 10 people. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!
Awesome location to visit all the downtown attractions. The house is located in a popular up and coming neighborhood, just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Alamodome & downtown, few minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and lots of other attractions. This is one of the best spots you could find in San Antonio.

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- Hot Tub maximum temperature can reach up to 95 degrees.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
