This cute beachy 2bd/2ba, 1st floor walkup (no elevator) is located directly across the street from the beach in the quiet section of Cherry Grove. Unit has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach and sleeps 6 with 1 queen in each room and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Condo features tile & LVP flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, wet bar, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room as well as comfortable furnishings throughout. This condo is on the 1st floor but there is parking under the building so you must go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit (no elevator). There is a private balcony off of the living room which faces the pool. There is also coin operated laundry onsite for your convenience.
Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, free parking, free cable and free Wi-Fi. The beach is directly across the street from this building and just a few minutes away there are grocery stores, restaurants, a boat landing, Heritage Shores Nature Preserve & Cherry Grove Fishing Pier.
