The Space:
Soft powder blankets the surrounding peaks as you step onto the quiet deck, feeling the crisp winter air settle around you. Inside, warmth rises from the fireplaces and the glow of evening light reflects across the mountains. After a day on the slopes, you can ease into the hot tub or unwind in the media room as the snow continues to fall outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper-level primary suite features a king bed, a sitting area with a gas fireplace, and a private deck, along with an ensuite that includes heated floors, a soaking bath, double vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower. A second primary offers a four-poster king bed framed by scenic views, its own private deck, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with a shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with a sitting area connects directly to a full ensuite, and a nanny room provides a single bed and TV with its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, while the lower level includes a bathroom with a steam shower.

Winter days often end in the steaming waters of the hot tub, with fresh mountain air and alpine views surrounding you. A wooden breakfast bar seats four, and the dining table accommodates ten for shared evenings. A BBQ area extends cooking options when conditions permit.

A media room, billiards room, and dedicated workspace offer options for both downtime and productivity. The workout space includes equipment such as a treadmill and elliptical. Heating, an indoor fireplace, TV, wifi, and a Control4 Bluetooth sound system are included, along with room-darkening shades, Frette linens, and essentials.
Ski access and neighborhood
Seasonal ski-in/ski-out access connects you to nearby trails leading toward the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, with ski-in access returning close to the private Kadenwood gondola. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. For the latest up-to-date ski access details, please contact our Guest Services team shortly before your arrival. The gondola provides direct access to Creekside, where you can explore dining, shops, and entertainment before returning to the calm of the chalet. A private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and an EV charger add ease throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
