Located in the heart of Aspen this deluxe condo has incredible views of Aspen Mountain from every window. This third floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning, brick surround fireplace, although there is a wood burning fireplace in the condo, however all chimneys in the condo complex are undergoing a safety inspection and cannot be used. The fireplace is out of commission, indefinitely, until further notice. . It has great southern exposure with an abundance of natural light radiating from all the windows. Mirrors are spaced strategically throughout the condo adding to the feeling of openness. The condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, a separate dining area nestled in a bay of windows, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins (can be made into a king). Chateau Chaumont has a perfect location in the downtown core and is just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub! Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC.
