3 Bedroom House in Forest Ridge Estates, Invermere
3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom newly renovated home with beautiful views of mountains and Lake Windermere from the deck. This property is located 6 km from down town Invermere and has access to the lake with a small beach just down the road. We have hiking and biking right from the house. We are pet friendly so please pick up after them and we prefer you dont allow excess barking. You may NOT leave your pet unattended while you go out for the day. We reside on the same property so absolutely no parties and quiet time at 11 pm. . We have a hound dog named Josie that roams the 100 acre property and is very friendly and will most likely come by to say hi. There are deer that graze the property and many eagles and ospreys that fly over head. You may even get to feed the squirrels ! Oh of course hence the name, BADGER FLATS ! Yes we do have a badger and have had some rare sightings ! Don't be afraid it's unlikely you will meet him. Enjoy a nice evening with amazing views around a cracking fire in the evening . Fire wood provided.
