Summary: The first day was wonderful. The desk staff was extremely pleasant and all other staff was accommodating. The hot water failed during the second day, and I only found out when I was getting ready to take a shower, which didn’t happen. I had to wash up with cold water. It wasn’t fixed that night, nor the next day, which meant I was washing up in cold water again. The staff of the hotel said absolutely nothing about it, and I only found out that the entire hotel was affected after talking to another guest at checkout.
