This upstairs unit is one of two units in a heritage duplex just steps from the Jacques-Cartier river and is located within the Jacques-cartier heritage area (approximately 150 buildings). The unit has a view of the beautiful historic river, which can be seen from all windows and the cozy outdoor patio and has dedicated parking (1 vehicle each unit). There is free city parking just across the street (you can see from the building).

The sleeping area hosts a queen size bed, high quality duvet, and extra linens (pillows, comforter, throw blanket).
