The Space:
The space is located in a beautiful complex in the heart of Downtown Denver. Situated on the 17th floor in a 2000 square foot apartment overlooking the city, you will love the western, southern, and eastern views of the mountains and city life.
The colorfully lit, iconic May D and F Tower brightens the night. The comfortably and luxuriously furnished apartment is decorated with ski-lodge-inspired decor perfect for a Denver getaway. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and two full-sized beds fit with relaxing Pillows. The second bedroom is complete with a queen-sized for extra sleeping space. There is also a desk perfect for studying to catch up on work. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen or walk down the street in any direction to dine at some of Denver’s best restaurants.
You will be a 10-minute walk from the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, 15 minutes from Rockies Stadium, 5 minutes from Union Station, and 15 minutes from The Pepsi Center. Rich in-building amenities, your fitness regimen will be enhanced by an outdoor private jogging tack that covers the entire block on the fifth floor, along with a well equipped indoor weight room with workout machines, racquetball court, steam room, and sauna. Entertain your friends in the spacious party room furnished with a pool table, multiple large screen TVs, plenty of chairs, sofas, counters, and tables for you and your guests. Check with the building monitor to see if you need to reserve a space. Take the elevator to the second floor and BBQ on the patio with outdoor seating in individual pergolas or dine under the stars. Summer or winter, watch the Colorado sky change color as it is reflected in the mirrored skyscrapers.

The Rockies Stadium is only five minutes away, Union Station is 8 minutes away, The Pepsi Center is 9 minutes away, and 16th Street Mall is only a few blocks over! You and your guests will have everything Downtown Denver has to offer at your fingertips.
Denver also has great options for visitors like Car2Go and B-cycle, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
Please Note: no pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
