PRIVATE YARD & ENTRANCE
Coming through the gate in the fence on the left side of the property, guests have their own private, fenced yard space with Adirondack chairs. Access to the suite from here is via the blue door with key-pad.
THE MAIN ROOM
has a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, dining table w/ 2 chairs, television, and workstation with a multi-device charger and surge protector. High-speed internet (approx. 200Mbps) is provided. Games, books, and an assortment of children's toys can be found in the cubbies beneath the television. The television is on a 4-foot extendable wall-mount which allows it to be viewed well from either the bed or sofa. The space comfortably sleeps 4 adults but a fifth guest can sleep on the fold-out chair in the next room:
THE KITCHENETTE
has a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (a variety of coffees and teas are provided). Utensils, cups, plates, mugs and leaning supplies are stored in the hutch. This space also has a reading nook with a fold-out chair and side-table.
THE PRIVATE BATH
has a shower, vanity and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion are provided. A hair dryer and first-aid kit are stored in the vanity.

This guest suite is part of the host's personal residence. There are no shared spaces besides the driveway. The host has children who can be heard during the day. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am for the sake of everyone in the house. This is also a strictly non-smoking location.
