*Other things to note:
Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins. The pool is not heated, but the summer sun is hot! There is not a hot tub.
Surveillance. - We have a Ring security camera above the front door. The device records audio and video 24/7. Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood located approximately 3 miles from Highway 80. Nearby grocery stores include Sprouts Farmers Market & FoodMaxx. There are also many restaurants nearby, including, Leatherby's Family Creamery (a local favorite), Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Black Angus Steakhouse, Sushimono Fair Oaks (a local sushi favorite), Black Bear Diner, and Dos Coyotes Border Cafe just to name a few.
Some nearby attractions include the Sunrise Mall, 6.5 miles to Sailor Bar & American River access (can't beat a day floating down the river!), and 9.2 miles to Folsom Lake. We are also located a mere 7.2 miles from Lake Natoma, where endless adventure awaits! From paddleboard rentals, to kayak rentals, and even sailboat rentals, Lake Natoma has fun for the whole family!
Guests will have access to the entire property.
Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around town if you don't have access to a car.
