This newly renovated condo has so much to boast about. This unit is 1 level down from parking, you enter on a front patio that has a nice sitting area to welcome you. You enter into an open floor plan of the kitchen and living room with a bathroom adjacent. The living room has a smart flat screen TV with cable that sits upon the electric fireplace for those cool fall days. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a master bathroom with an AMAZING view of the lake to wake up to every morning. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv with cable. This unit has a full size washer and dryer to clean those swimsuits after a long day hanging out by the outdoor pool on the point that overlooks the lake or swimming of the swim platform in the lake. The back deck that overlooks the lake is so inviting to enjoy a cool beverage, that morning coffee or just to sit and relax with a good book. The unit also has a 10' X 28' boat slip available for an additional fee. The complex has an indoor pool and hot tub, playground area for the kids.
