Perfect for families where the grown kids can stay in their own unit or a couple of families vacationing together as this is a 2 unit cottage with separate entrances and driveways. Beautifully appointed 5 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms. Walk in closets. Plenty of storage. The Main floor unit is a 3 bed 2 bath unit while Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath all within the same cottage. Cottage decor, whitewashed wood plank cathedral ceiling on main floor a 12 foot antique island with granite top, stone gas fireplace, heated floors throughout. The lower walkout unit features whitewashed wood island with concrete countertops, dining area, floor to ceiling windows, walk in closets, all with gorgeous stainless appliances. Each unit has a laundry room and heated floors throughout. This cottage features 4 covered porches for enjoying your morning coffee or kicking back at the end of a long sun filled day. We have included 2 Kayaks( adult size life jackets),3 cruiser bicycles (bring your own helmets) a regulation size sand volleyball court and a fire-pit. ( A truck or roof rack will be required to transport kayaks to small quiet sandy beach 3-4 min down the road). Beach Towels, New Children's strollers on site . All bedding, linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, tea cream, etc are provided for guests.
