Once inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a TV, a large dining area, and a spacious, fully stocked kitchen.
The second floor features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a king bed—along with a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs for streaming.
Out back, enjoy a large deck with plenty of seating and an amazing view of the city. A laundry area with washer and dryer is located in the basement for your convenience.
Parking is available for one car in the driveway, with free street parking also available.
Our place is about 20 minutes from KCI airport. We are only a couple minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the Sprint Center, Union Station and Crown Center, KC Convention Center is only a 10 minute walk. A 10 minute drive to the American Royal Center. 20 minutes to both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 30 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. Options to get around, if you do not have or rent a vehicle, are Uber, Lyft or Bird Scooters.
The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you between the River Market and Union Station.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
